A tour among the hundreds of cellars nestled between hills and slopes can be useful not only to learn about so much wine culture but also to taste its products. Cheese lovers finally find a quality address in Borgnano, at Giuseppe Zoff’s dairy, renowned for the production of very fresh yogurts and fragrant ricottas.
