The ancient church of the San Desiderio monastery, which preserves evidence of a 14th-century layout, is a monument open to visitors managed by the Superintendence. It houses a large fresco created in the second half of the 16th century by Sebastiano Vini, known as the Veronese, depicting the Crucifixion of San Desiderio and his companions, which entirely covers the counter-façade wall.
