The ancient church of the monastery of San Desiderio, which preserves the memory of a 14th-century layout, is a monument open to visitors managed by the Superintendence. It houses a large fresco painted in the second half of the 16th century by Sebastiano Vini known as il Veronese depicting the Crucifixion of San Desiderio and his companions, which completely occupies the counter-façade wall.
