The ancient church of the monastery of San Desiderio, which preserves the memory of a 14th-century layout, is a monument open to visitors managed by the Superintendency. It houses a large fresco created in the second half of the 16th century by Sebastiano Vini called il Veronese depicting the Crucifixion of San Desiderio and his companions, which entirely occupies the counter-façade wall.
