L’esposizione privilegia gli aspetti del quotidiano e l’allestimento didattico consente la comprensione di oggetti lacunosi integrandoli e collocandoli nei contesti propri.

Educational museum of the territory. The exhibition is accompanied by a teaching classroom where it is possible to work with materials stored in educational boxes. In this environment, direct manipulative approaches, tactile knowledge, and practical application with the techniques of the time are encouraged. A section of the building is dedicated to the storage of archaeological materials with a small washing and restoration-cataloging department. It is offered for visits to small groups, by appointment, so that students can follow the entire process leading to musealization.

The upper floor of the building houses the section. There are all those tools of the peasant civilization that allowed the processing of wool, flax and hemp, silk.
The educational apparatus allows the reinterpretation of operational sequences, accompanied by practical tests. The connection with the dialect is carefully maintained.

The second room shows a reconstruction of “Cambra ad Cà,” which in our area represented the kitchen, the living room, the lounge, that is, the family’s main room. The furniture is not numerous but the everyday objects are well represented: from kitchen items, to irons and oil lamps for lighting, heating pads, irons, to terracotta pots and rustic cutlery. This environment is also a workshop, given the presence of a large pastry board used for experiences with sifting flour, preparing flatbread dough, and pasta.

At the edges of the room, work tools or those related to the stable, cellar, storage are displayed. A small room preserves memories of the “school of the past” with characteristic dark solid wood desks, the standing blackboard, the first projectors, and other teaching aids already “ancient” for today’s school-age children.

The building is equipped with a park featuring a mound crowned by the monumental “albaraz” (white poplar) planted in the early years of the school’s establishment in the first decades of the 20th century. The wide stretches of meadows located at the back and on the west side make it a privileged place for the study of herbs, insects, and for recreational activities.
