The ethnographic museum is housed in an ancient 15th-century stable and displays objects related to the working life and family life of Salento. In the Wine Museum, located in an old winery from 1891, the wine production cycle has been reconstructed using old tools and machinery. Alongside the winemaking tools, a documentation center collects photos, prints, books, and publications on wine and the agricultural heritage of Salento.
