Four elements contribute to the excellent qualification of the site:
- The long and harmonious facade;
- The monumental staircase leading to the main floor;
- The refined frescoed rooms, including the throne room, the ancient library, and the palatine chapel;
- The spectacular Italian-style garden, enriched with 18th-century marble busts.
This historical-architectural context of particular quality houses the exhibition sections that make up the museum. On the ground floor, there are valuable sacred furnishings and silver liturgical instruments as well as elegant and refined liturgical vestments used by the Bishops during solemn religious functions.
