Over the course of two decades, thanks especially to his work, Guerriero has managed to acquire many objects that testify to the different aspects of the traditional society of Senisese. The Museum is set up in the very historic center of Senise, in some rooms of a 15th-century noble palace, adjacent to the Mother Church. Upon entering the Museum, you immediately find yourself in a large room, to which a smaller space is attached, where most of the collection is exhibited; these are mostly everyday use objects, farming tools (cereal cycle; olive oil, grape cycle, etc.), collections of weeklies, weaving tools, period costumes, etc.
The museum itinerary is completed by a room dedicated to the exhibition of ecclesiastical memorabilia and a permanent nativity scene set in Senise, and finally, a small screening room where some vintage photos are continuously shown.
The exhibition is accompanied by a rich didactic apparatus and some explanatory drawings of the objects.
The Museum is part of an exhibition path that also includes, nearby, a small house with furnishings typical of old peasant dwellings and a small room in which a cobbler’s workshop has been reconstructed.
