The treasure of the Bolzano Cathedral is counted among the richest collections of Baroque sacred furnishings in the Tyrolean area. Alongside the precious liturgical vestments and banners painted by renowned artists, it is especially distinguished by the valuable goldsmith products of the 18th century. Since November 16, 2007, the Treasure Museum of the Bolzano Cathedral, with its nearly one hundred objects on display, offers not only an interesting overview of the liturgical practices of the Catholic Church but also pays special attention to the history of the Bolzano parish community and that of the Cathedral.
