The “White Tower,” one of the city’s symbols, has housed a museum since 2007 that, starting from various models, explains the historical and religious significance of its dual function as a city tower and bell tower. Miniature bells, which have the same sound and tone as the originals, illustrate the meaning of bells in religious life. The museum also features the interior of the original bell tower globe and the role of the bell tower guardians. A visit to the tower is especially interesting for children.
