Among the most colorful and significant, we remember the Aalborg Carnival in March, a street party enlivened by concerts, fireworks, costume parades, and attractions for children. The Copenhagen Marathon in May; the Summer Solstice Festival on June 23, celebrated across the country with costume dances and bonfires.
The Flower Festival in Odense in August, featuring more than 180,000 flowers and plants arranged in delicate and original compositions. The Jutland European Medieval Festival at the end of August, brought to life by musicians and extras dressed as knights, pilgrims, and monks.
