Beyond EU member states, Turkey, Croatia, and Montenegro have also activated the 112 emergency number, and Ukraine has recently joined, ensuring support for those traveling to the country for Euro 2012 football matches, taking place in Lviv, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Donetsk.
