“The seat of the Chapter Museum is a 19th-century building donated by the Settanni Family for educational purposes to the parish of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, built on the site of the ancient moat, overlooking the town’s main street. It consists of a noble floor rich in rooms with decorative tempera ceilings, and a spacious terrace for catering and entertainment services for the public; the first floor is dedicated to exhibitions of its own or loaned heritage. A second floor with wooden ceilings is used for educational and restoration purposes connected to the Regional Observatory for Wood, and finally a third attic floor with panoramic terraces is currently excluded from use. Currently, some paintings are displayed in the hall and in the old sacristies of the Matrice church.”
