The museum, housed within the rectory of the Valliano Sanctuary, documents through an educational display the development of productive activities and small crafts related to the rural world of the inland Rimini area. The exhibition, complemented by illustrative panels, allows the reconstruction of the essential aspects of the socio-economic structure of the territory, identifying the rural house as the center of the peasant world. The museum itinerary guides visitors to discover the main themes of rural life, especially related to livestock breeding, butchering, farming, and artisanal activities. It showcases activities such as honey processing, oil, and clay work, typical of local production and documented through the display of tools and instruments used in work and daily life. Special attention is given to the reconstruction of the kitchen environment, the beating heart of the home. Of particular interest are the sections dedicated to a small collection of toys and the production of hemp and flax fibers and textiles, both domestic and industrial, as in the case of the textile company founded in Montescudo in 1927 by Giuseppe Magnanelli and Silvino Selva, active until shortly after World War II. The museum also preserves a collection of silver ex-votos belonging to the Sanctuary.
