The Thames Path is a 294 km trail that runs along the banks of the River Thames, in the heart of southern England. The route begins in the Cotswold Hills, at the source of the English river, and ends at the “Thames Barrier” in Woolwich, just a few kilometers from the sea.

A journey that will immerse you in the magnificent English atmosphere, discovering the picturesque and typical counties and the charming Anglo-Saxon villages, before arriving in the heart of cities like Oxford and London.

The walk, very pleasant and above all easy, is suitable for people of all ages thanks to its predominantly flat nature. Maintaining an average of 24 kilometers per day, you can complete the entire route in about 14 days, including two rest days.

Your travel companion will be the River Thames, always present throughout the journey. A gentle and calming walk, at the end of which you can enjoy a nice typical English tea.
