The museum is dedicated to the politician and writer Raffaele De Cesare (1845-1918). It houses Roman-era pottery, coins, and tools. The ethnographic section features tools from the nineteenth to mid-twentieth century; the geological section displays material relating to the Plio-Pleistocene and Cretaceous periods found in the area
