Established through an agreement between the Municipality and the Curia, it represents one of the most significant art collections in the Siena area, offering an almost complete overview of Montalcino’s artistic production and the medieval and Renaissance Sienese school. The archaeological section houses artifacts ranging from prehistory to the Etruscan period.
