Collection of Anatomical Wax Models “Clemente Susini”, Cagliari

Since 1991, at the initiative of Professor Alessandro Riva, the wax models have been displayed in the pentagonal hall of the Cittadella dei Musei. The original collection includes 23 polychrome wax anatomical models, created from plaster casts of anatomical specimens, meticulously reproducing cross-sections of various parts of the human body, both male and female.
