Il museo di Sesto, inaugurated in 1969, exhibits in two rooms mainly projects and sketches of the numerous frescoes, as well as studies, watercolors, and graphic works by the famous South Tyrolean painter Rudolf Stolz (1874-1960). To honor Stolz’s figure, the Municipality of Sesto had a museum built on the main square, designed by the artist’s son-in-law, architect Erich Pattis. From the painter’s legacy, the daughters have made over 160 works available to the museum.
