It consists of two rooms: one for Prehistory and another for the Historical Age, both equipped with a series of display cases with captions and explanatory panels on the walls featuring graphic and photographic documentation. The materials exhibited reflect the intense cultural exchanges that the locality of Colle dei Greci had during the 7th and 6th centuries BC, both with the Greeks of the Ionian coast and the Etruscans of the Campanian-Tyrrhenian area.
Inside, it is possible to appreciate all the artifacts found during the excavation campaigns at Colle dei Greci and in the Calda Caves. Within the latter site, in addition to calcareous formations such as stalactites and stalagmites, several artifacts have been uncovered dating from 8000 to 1300 BC, including lithic and bone industries, ceramics from the Copper Age and Neolithic up to the Bronze Age.
