Centro di Documentazione sulla Linea Gotica, a museum facility that collects images, documents, and objects related to the main events of the Second World War in the Apuan-Versilia area. It consists of five rooms equipped with wall illustrations of the various historical phases of the period, an interactive model (dimensions 1.80 m x 1.70 m) that highlights, among other things, the route of the Gothic Line, the locations of Allied and Nazi-fascist posts, the towns where massacres occurred, and key episodes of partisan struggle), a multimedia room where, through 8 screens, some protagonists of the War, now in their nineties, recall the events of those months, and an exhibition room in which three showcases collect various war materials (ammunition, helmets, soldiers’ equipment, etc.) kindly donated by Pietro Maghelli and Vincenzo Gemelli (known as “Beretta”)
