Unlike most Caribbean islands, Aruba does not have dense vegetation or many hills, thus favoring tourist influx. A great strength of the island of Aruba is its climate: sunny days throughout the year with an average temperature of 28° C.
This climatic condition is made even more pleasant by the presence of trade winds, the rarity of thunderstorms, and the absence of hurricanes. Rainfall is also scarce and reaches a maximum of 500 millimeters per year, concentrating mostly in the autumn season.
Upon arriving on the island of Aruba, one cannot resist its beautiful beaches with white and soft sand, gently rocked by ocean waves. However, it should be remembered that this dream can mainly be experienced on the western and southern coasts, as here (unlike on the northern and eastern shores) one is relatively protected from strong ocean currents.
In this earthly paradise, there are many activities that can be practiced. Off the coasts and aboard special boats, deep-sea fishing can be done, assisted by the captain and a first sailor. The experience can last an entire day and continue in the restaurants where the catch will be cooked and tasted on the spot.
