Antique furnace from the 1600s, active until the 1940s, has recently been restored by the Municipal Administration and converted into an exhibition space. Today it houses a permanent exhibition of Lucio Fontana and Wifredo Lam, part of the Civic Collection of the Municipality of Albissola Marina and works from the Passarè Foundation, following the fruitful collaboration between the Municipality and the Foundation. A valuable setup to highlight for the quality of the exhibited works. Numerous works by Lucio Fontana can be admired, including Brasile 1949 (ceramic panel); Dama Bianca 1953 (glazed terracotta sculpture) exhibited out of competition on the occasion of the “Albisola National Prize 1954 for Ceramics”.
