The Via della Costa is a hiking route approximately 300 km long. Located in Liguria, the path starts in Menton and ends at the Via Francigena in Sarzana, creating a beautiful itinerary entirely set along the Ligurian coast.

Divided into 12 daily stages, the adventure winds through terraces by the sea, flowery rivieras, forests, and picturesque Ligurian villages. You will find yourself admiring enchanting places such as Genoa, Sanremo, and Portofino, the Shrine of Our Lady of the Guard in Ceranesi, the crystal-clear sea of Camogli and Sestri Levante all the way to the colorful Cinque Terre Park.

Clavi – Imperia

A path rediscovered among ancient pebbles, Roman roads, and medieval trails, today it has become an important route for pilgrims from Italy heading to Santiago or for foreign pilgrims who intend to travel the Via Francigena in Italy.

Confirming the dual destination, the signage, a yellow arrow, is double-sided and indicates on one side the direction to Santiago and on the other that to Rome.
