Valentino Castle stands in the eponymous park on the banks of the Po River. The building’s origins date back to the 16th century, but its current appearance is largely due to interventions initiated from 1620 by Duchess Cristina of France. Over the centuries, Valentino Castle has served various purposes before becoming the seat of the Faculty of Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Turin.
