Lisboa Card

To save even more—both money and time—you can purchase the Lisboa Card, often referred to by Italians as the Lisbona card.
The Lisboa Card is worth it because it lets you travel freely on all city public transport, including the metro, Carris funiculars, and the Sintra–Rossio and Cascais–Cais do Sodré lines.
In addition, the Lisboa Card grants entry to 26 museums and to the main attractions in Lisbon and nearby towns such as Mafra, Sintra, Batalha, Alcobaça, and Queluz.
For museums and tourist sites not listed in the card guide, showing your card gives you discounts ranging from 10% to 50%. The same discounts apply at participating shops and venues.

Lisboa Card Prices

There are three options—24, 48, or 72 hours—and the price varies based on the duration.
Here are the Lisboa Card prices in detail:

  • 24-hour Lisboa Card: adults €18.50; children (ages 4-15) €11.50
  • 48-hour Lisboa Card: adults €31.50; children €17.50
  • 72-hour Lisboa Card: adults €39; children €20.50

“Children” refers to those aged 4 to 15 years; for children under 4, the Lisboa Card is free.
