The Civic Museum is located at the beginning of Via Borgo, in the sixteenth-century Palazzo Vassalli, whose facade features a beautiful loggia with arches. It was transformed in 1999 into a small but rich repository of ancient and medieval artifacts, as well as objects from the local farming and artisanal traditions of Accadia. The museum consists of four rooms and a cellar, which can be accessed through the second room, delving underground like a tunnel. Furthermore, one of the rooms furnished with medieval-style objects is often used for meetings, conferences, and cultural activities. Various initiatives related to the museum’s activities and beyond are periodically organized in the Civic Museum Room of Accadia.
