The house in Roncole di Busseto where Giuseppe Verdi was born on October 10, 1813, a modest building rich with memories, preserves some rare documents and a small collection of commemorative works. With its predominantly symbolic value, it should be considered a stop on the Verdi route that runs through several historic buildings in Busseto, from Palazzo Orlandi, where the Maestro began his musical career and married Margherita Barezzi, to Sant’Agata di Villanova, in the Piacenza area, the musician’s main residence and favorite home with his second wife.
