Wizz Air announced that its chatbot, the virtual assistant Amelia, is now available on Facebook Messenger.
Thanks to Amelia, all Wizz Air passengers will be able to request information easily and quickly, as well as manage all the details of their flight.
Renamed in honor of Amelia Earhart, the famous American aviator and the first woman to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean, the Wizz Air chatbot on Facebook Messenger is the new channel through which customers can ask questions about their bookings, flight status, and the products and services offered by Wizz Air. To interact with Amelia, simply send a direct message on Wizz Air’s Facebook page or search for Wizz Air within Messenger. The virtual assistant is available in English, Italian, and German on various pages of the wizzair.com website and is the fastest and easiest way to get answers directly from the airline.
