Museum of Adrano

The Museum is housed in the Norman Castle, an imposing building located in the center of the main square of the city of Adrano (Catania).

It displays materials both from regular excavations and from occasional recoveries related to the territory of Adrano and other areas of central-eastern Sicily, having been, in the past, also a collection site for materials from areas different from Adrano.

Alongside the archaeological collections that constitute its main and founding core, the Museum hosts a library, an archive, and a section dedicated to historical-artistic collections.
