Il Museo Archeologico “Salvatore Faldetta” was born from an archaeological collection, established thanks to the passion of the President of the homonymous Foundation, over several years and donated to the Municipality of Brindisi, with the aim of making this rich heritage available to the entire community. The visit route unfolds between the ground floor, the first and the second floor of the palace, adjacent to the Virgilio Staircase, facing the magnificent port of the city of Brindisi. The Foundation, established in Brindisi on October 16, 2002 by the Founder Mr. Salvatore Faldetta, offers museum visitors a collection of 350 archaeological finds and a university with specific courses in archaeology and ancient art history.
