Alla Tomba di Rotari, Baptistery of the Church of San Pietro, is accessed from the left side of the church’s apse. The portal is finely crafted, adorned with a bas-relief depicting scenes taken from the Holy Scriptures. The Baptistery, characterized by a majestic tower ending with an octagonal drum, on which rests a hemispherical dome, connects through a door with the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore.
