Il Continental Divide Trail is a hiking trail that stretches from Mexico to Canada. Spanning 5000 km, the trail is 70% a combination of dedicated paths and small roads, while the remaining 30% is completed with paved sections.
This captivating route crosses five US states: Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico, and is also part of the Triple Crown of Hiking in the United States of America along with the Pacific Crest Trail and the Appalachian Trail, and among the three, it is also the most challenging and oldest.
It takes about 6 months to complete the entire route and only 200 people have accomplished the feat. The CDT is considered one of the greatest long-distance trails in the world, consisting of a multitude of ecosystems, from Tundra to Desert, hosting a variety of wildlife and preserving almost two thousand treasures of culture, nature, and history.

Those who want to challenge themselves to complete the Continental Divide Trail must prepare in the months leading up to departure with regular training and walks.
