Most of the sculptures exhibited in the Museo Studio Francesco Messina in Milano are made of bronze, but there are some precious works in polychrome terracotta, plaster, marble, and wax, expressive of that vital moment that animates both the running horses and the graceful dancers or the faces of more or less famous characters of the twentieth century.
The works on paper also deal with the same subjects as the sculptures: nudes, horses, portraits. Various techniques are employed for the creation of these graphic works: lithographs, watercolors, pencils, and pastels. The space offers exhibitions and activities related to the world of contemporary sculpture. Via S. Sisto, 4/a; phone 02.86453005.
