The Museum (established in 1996), the first and only one in Italy set up inside the San Siro Stadium in Milan (built in 1926), tells the story of the two Milanese teams Inter and Milan, through a collection of unique memorabilia: historic jerseys, cups and trophies, shoes, pieces of art, and various keepsakes that have entered the legend of world football, but above all the hearts of football fans.
Many objects to excite them and at the same time teach a new relationship with football and fandom, and San Siro welcomes them by showing precious and rare symbols of the two Milanese teams and international football, while simultaneously presenting itself in an unprecedented way (empty but thrilling and emotional) and opening the doors to the most famous and unknown places of their idols such as the locker rooms.
After the dive into the past and the most exhilarating memories, the immense bowl of the Stadium unfolds before your eyes; an exhilarating overall view that offers the opportunity to appreciate the originality of one of the most beautiful sports structures in the world. Specialized staff will guide groups inside the Stadium, walking through the stands, the honorary stand, the interview room, and the locker rooms.
From today, moreover, with the introduction of the new Virtual Room, all our visitors will have the chance to try multimedia games to have fun with new technologies. Culture/sport/tradition and now innovation allow and will allow the stadium to be experienced every day by everyone (families, young people, and tourists, not only foreigners).
