Opera Bosco Museum of Art in Nature in Calcata

The artworks in this Museum are born from the natural material of the forest, created with naturalistic techniques and live in symbiosis with the environment that makes them matter. An integrated system therefore between artworks and nature, where forest, nature, and works interact forming a single comprehensive great work.

This Museum arises from the need of the artists who implement it to relate to the “forest,” to extend the concept of aesthetics to the ecosystem and produce “renewable art” by interpreting the landscape peculiarities, botanical, zoological, geological values, and historical-anthropological signs, giving body and usability to a conception of art with total quality.
