The Art Gallery houses works coming from donations or acquisitions. The building is a modern structure specifically designed for the museum. It consists of 3 above-ground floors. On the ground floor, there is the exhibition hall, the bookshop, and a storage area. On the first floor, the gallery, the conference room, the library, and the offices are located. On the second floor, there is an apartment-studio for resident artists. All in all, it totals 400 square meters. In 2006, the interior of the building underwent restoration. The permanent collection (paintings, sculptures, graphics, and photography) is divided into various sections representing the geographical origin of the works.
