Volotea, low-cost airline, adds a new route: Venice - Minorca. Takeoff from May 29.
The new route Venice – Minorca by Volotea, already available on the airline’s website and through travel agencies, will take off on Saturday, May 29. Thanks to the two weekly frequencies planned, it will be even easier and more convenient for Venetian travelers to embark to one of the most beautiful islands in the Balearic archipelago.
Recently, the company reported results achieved during the past year in Venice: Volotea, which operated about 2,600 flights locally, transported over 300,000 passengers in 2020.
The load factor of the airline at Marco Polo was around 88%, while the on-time performance (OTP15) was 91.5%, an increase of 12.7 percentage points compared to 2019.
The recommendation level was also excellent (89.1%): this means that almost 9 out of 10 travelers would recommend Volotea.
