The interviews will start on April 11th with the goal of completing the staff by May in anticipation of the busy summer season: considering the usual continuous opening from late May to September, an additional number of operators is planned to be hired.

The main positions involve rides, shops, catering, cleaning, and maintenance. Recruitment is also open for customer care, LeoConcierge for assistance to VIP clients, ticket booths, entertainers and Finally, an employee for the technical office, a junior sales account for the commercial department, and an intern for the IT department.

The search is open to all genders and all age groups: for most positions, experience or specific requirements are not necessary, except for a friendly attitude and good interpersonal skills, complemented by knowledge of foreign languages for roles involving direct contact with the public. For all positions, a training period focused on acquiring specific technical skills based on the role is provided, such as safety and HACCP regulations, and soft skills related to proper guest relations management.

The park offers seasonal contracts, also full-time at 40 hours per week for the entire high season, with the possibility of extension until early January for the subsequent Halloween and Christmas seasons, as well as contracts with longer time horizons for office positions.

Leolandia, which has won multiple times the award for Best Staff at the Parksmania Awards, the Oscars of amusement parks, pays particular attention to staff training, so that guests can always count on professional hospitality and a service attentive to the specific needs of children. Every year, the park employs 600 seasonal operators, plus 50 permanent employees and a cast of 30 international artists and acrobats involved in shows.
