In the park, remains of a Daunian village are visible, with the houses and the necropolis. The Museum is housed in the eighteenth-century Palazzo D’Autilia, containing archaeological finds ranging from the Iron Age to the medieval period. You can find geometrically decorated Daunian-era jugs, Greek ceramics from the 5th-3rd centuries B.C., bronze necklaces and brooches.
Noteworthy is the Pasquale Rosario numismatic section, which allows visitors to learn about the history of ancient coins, and you can also see the local mint from the pre-Roman era.
