Where the Christmas markets in New York are located
For those who are more sensitive to the cold, it is recommended to visit the stalls of the Grand Central Terminal Holiday Fair, in the beautiful and famous station and – more specifically – in the Vanderbilt Hall.
If the climate does not scare the traveler, then there are Christmas markets outdoors for all tastes.
The Columbus Circle Holiday Market offers truly everything and is very easy to reach, since it is located in a very central spot, just in front of the entrance to Central Park.
Stalls strictly white and red are the protagonists of the Holiday Market, set up in Union Square. Here mainly handcrafted items and works by local artists find a place on the stands, with the possibility of bringing bags and belts to Italy – for example – made from recycled materials.

Among the Christmas markets in New York most famous, you cannot miss the Holiday Shops at Bryant Park. Although this space, inside which is also the New York Public Library, seems apparently small and cozy, here about 120 Christmas stalls are set up where you can find a great variety of items, from clothing to home accessories, not to mention treats to taste or hot drinks to warm up. There’s more: there is also an ice skating rink.
Christmas Markets New York in summary
The most famous are those of Bryant Park (open until January 6), Union Square (until December 24), and the Columbus Circle Holiday Market (always until Christmas Eve), located right at the entrance to Central Park.
The Christmas markets in New York, therefore, will not escape the visitor’s eye, precisely because they are situated in strategic points, making them easily reachable and usually included in any New York tour.
