An interesting phenomenon, which has literally exploded in a few years, is also that of bed&breakfasts in private homes and guesthouses. According to studies and market surveys, the response in this segment would be more than good, also thanks to the fact that, often, these b&b and guesthouses are located at a convenient distance from the most interesting monumental areas, the most popular museums, the urban transport network, and the main conference and business centers.
Such a varied territory, with environments that can be even the opposite of each other (ranging from high alpine peaks to the flattest plains), expresses a very diversified offer also in terms of hospitality. An offer capable of meeting all tastes and all budgets. Thus, we find hotels, boarding houses, holiday homes, mountain huts and shelters that embody all the characteristics of high-altitude accommodations (proximity to ski facilities, convenience with other tourist services, prestigious natural contexts…), alongside hotels and facilities set in an urban context, and finally farm stays, b&b, castles and residences converted for hospitality located in rural areas and smaller centers.
Where to Stay in Piedmont
Turin, the capital city of Piedmont, offers a wide range of quality hotels, including in the surrounding green pre-hilly area, thanks to the significant redevelopment and construction of new facilities that took place a few years ago for the Winter Olympic Games, which it hosted.
