Situated on the south-west coast of England, the South West Coast Path extends along a route of about 1000 km, in a wonderful setting that crosses the regions of Exmoor and North Devon, then continues along the north and south coast of Cornwall, returning towards the south-east of Devon and finally landing on the “Jurassic Coast” of Dorset.

Divided into 52 daily stages, the route requires at least 30 days of walking to be completed, but it is not unusual to choose to do a section even for just an afternoon walk. Considered one of the best routes in the world by Lonely Planet and the best walking route in Great Britain by readers of the magazine Walk, the South West Coast Path has a strong value both culturally and geologically. In fact, the path has been a passageway for several artists, writers and musicians, as well as being one of the main filming locations for Rosamunde Pilcher movies.

Coastal landscapes, wildlife and the Atlantic Ocean are the absolute protagonists of this unique walk. Not only nature, but also lots of history and culture in this colorful journey, where you will encounter ruins from other eras, as well as forts and castles ranging from the Iron Age to the World War II era. A mix of nature, history and culture ready to tell past adventures of a mystical and evocative place like Cornwall.
