La pinacoteca originates from the donation in 1914 of Dr. Mario Foresi’s collection. It was opened to the public in 1924 in the rooms on the top floor of the Town Hall where it remained until 1943. Subsequently, the works were exhibited in the two Napoleonic residences of San Martino and dei Mulini. In 1991 it was reopened at the current location.
