In the museum “The Forests of Sila” the evolution and structure of the forest formations of Sila are addressed, highlighting some of the relationships that govern the functioning of these delicate ecosystems.
Indeed, it is not only necessary to consider the dynamic nature of every plant landscape, influenced by climatic, geological, and genetic factors, but also to keep in mind the complexity of relationships that are established between plant organisms and other living forms – from bacteria to vertebrates – to understand their value and vulnerability.
