E’ Francesco Stanguellini, son of the famous Vittorio, builder of small-displacement racing cars, the promoter of the museum established in 1996. The collection consists of about thirty race cars and coupes, including the first Sport 750 and 1100 cars derived from Fiat, the engine entirely built by Stanguellini in 1950 and, furthermore, the Stanguellini Junior 1100 of the Sixties, up to the famous Colibrì designed by Scaglione and the prestigious Formula 3. In addition to work tools and unique engine parts, there are photographic documents, advertising materials, plaques, and diplomas related to the stories of the famous sports brand and tracing the history of Modena motor racing.
