In summer, the Flowery Bastion, in Gorizia, one of its most scenic towers, transforms into a kind of open-air lounge where people meet, listen to music, and dance.

To see, the Fountain of Neptune, in Victory Square; the Synagogue in Via Ascoli transformed into a Museum; the Piuma Isonzo Park; the garden of Villa Coronini Cronberg and, towards Oslavia, the Bridge over the Isonzo, where the water takes on an incredible turquoise color. Cormòns is the small capital of the Collio, the center of one of the most important wine-growing areas in Europe.

Gorizia is a town with a typical Austrian layout, rich in palaces and historical memories: it was here, in 1866, that the armistice between Italy and Austria was signed, ending the Third War of Independence.
