Theme New Worlds, a communication and PR agency based in Milan, is the best representation office of 2020, among all international ones, for The Great American West.
The choice of Theme New Worlds, the best Italian representation office for 2020 among all international offices for the consortium of the states of Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming, was motivated as follows:
- Best result in digital communication with social networks, reaching the highest number of impressions and people reached with the page of FB The Great American West – Italy and second placement for number of followers and engagement;
- best promotion for the website GreatAmericanWest.com with the dedicated section in Italian;
- highest number of tourist packages developed in its target market with 100 new itineraries and 478 overnight stays;
- for organizing the Roadshow Great American West, unique in format and extremely successful, loved by the five directors of the Tourism Bodies of the Consortium states and for the incredible number of itineraries and travel proposals it generated.
Thanks to these achievements, Theme New Worlds, which has represented the American destination since 1997 with Olga Mazzoni as a leader in marketing and PR, has been awarded the title of Creativity Queen due to her out-of-the-box approach highly appreciated by the states she represents:
- for the quality of the January 2020 Roadshow and the series of webinars developed during COVID-19 times, considered exemplary;
- for the efforts made to disseminate unique content and products of Great American West in the Italian market and for taking the initiative to develop wonderful itineraries by designing marketing strategies to attract audiences to the U.S. region.
