Megabus, the market leader in low-cost bus travel, arrives in Naples where it opens a new operational base. For the new Naples headquarters, Megabus offers jobs and is recruiting 20 new staff members.
Arrives in Naples, Megabus and, for the new operational headquarters, the first in Southern Italy, the low-cost bus company is looking for staff. The new Megabus stop, according to a press release, should start operating from May.
From May 15th, Megabus will also launch several new services. In particular:
- New night express services between Milan, Rome, and Naples. A connection will operate in each direction every night of the week, with a travel time of seven hours and 35 minutes between Milan and Rome, which is over 2 hours less than the current service.
- A direct connection between Naples and Genoa, La Spezia (Sarzana), and Siena.
- An additional trip per day between Naples, Rome, and Florence.
- Four additional services between Naples and Rome, offering more trips during the day, morning and afternoon. These changes will result in a total of 10 trips per day in each direction between the two cities.
- Reduction of travel times on many routes.
The new Naples headquarters joins those already operating in Florence and Milan.
