From June Volotea will operate from Milan Linate to Catania (first flight scheduled for 04/06), Lampedusa, and Pantelleria (both operational from 05/06).

The flight to Catania will operate daily, 7/7, while connections to the Sicilian islands will depart twice a week, every Saturday and Sunday. The new routes are already available on the company’s website and at travel agencies.

We are proud to announce the start of our collaboration with Milan Linate Airport, the 23rd airport where our flights are available in Italy. We debut at Linate with an offering of 72,000 seats for sale, aiming to make travel to Catania and two of the most beautiful Sicilian islands easier and more convenient. The launch of these new routes from Milan Linate, in addition to offering our passengers 3 new flying opportunities, reaffirms our commitment to supporting the tourism sector, which has been severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Naturally, thanks to a series of safety measures implemented, all our flights ensure maximum hygiene for both passengers and crew. We are confident that the launch of these new routes marks only the beginning of a long and fruitful collaboration between Volotea and Milan Linate” – commented Valeria Rebasti, Country Manager Italy & Southeastern Europe of Volotea.
